Packing in a lot on a little lot.
4000lbs of Pennsylvania Bluestone. Shoulda had the stoneyard deliver. Live and learn.

Listen to the stone. They make a nice sound when you tap ‘em!

Start puzzling. Start with the big ones, fill in with the little ones. Don’t get too obsessed with one spot, keep moving.

Minimize cuts, they’re easy to do, but make a little mess. Keep the character of how bluestone breaks. Let the form emerge from the process, from the grunting and sweat.

Collect the roof rainwater and divert to basins.
